We organize accredited courses, which are taught by excellent specialists who have been using soft laser therapy for many years, and participants receive credit points.

The Medical Laser Family attaches great importance to providing its customers with the expertise necessary for effective treatment, together with the laser equipment. For this reason, we offer accredited courses where, after completing the training courses given by excellent specialists who have been using soft laser therapy for many years, doctors receive 32 credits (rheumatology, physiotherapy, sports medicine practice) and dentists 16 credits (dento-alveolar surgery; dental and oral diseases; dentistry, without specialist qualifications).
Our accredited training is also open to healthcare professionals, who receive 16 (healthcare professionals) and 8 (dental professionals) continuing education credits for completing our soft laser therapy course.
Our spring and autumn courses are two-day courses, usually over a weekend. Our training courses are held in Budapest, but we also offer outsourced training if there is demand and sufficient student numbers.

It is standard practice for our customers to order the revision at the same time as the repair, if it is due, so that they only have to go without the device once.

The laser devices of the Medical Laser Family do not require any maintenance. Repairs are carried out on our premises, and returning the equipment for servicing is the responsibility of our customers.

The laser devices of the Medical Laser Family do not require any maintenance, the user only has to take care of the cleaning of the optics (the cleaning procedure is described in detail in the user manual of the devices).
The devices are fully guaranteed by the Medical Laser Family Ltd. for 24 months, except for batteries and accumulators, which are not guaranteed. The laser may only be operated by a person trained in its use and in full compliance with safety regulations. No liability is accepted for any damage resulting from improper use.
Repairs are carried out on our premises, and returning the equipment for servicing is the responsibility of our customers.
